i want to make a website, but all of the ones i have found, you have to keep paying so much every month. Does any one know of a webhosting site that is only a one time start up fee?

Can I apply CSS to JavaScript Prompts?

I’m using standard Java Script prompts on a website I’m developing, which I haven’t done since the nineties! So I need to update my knowledge a little.
