Ms Word Print Layout View Problem?

How I can remove this

I tried this
1.go to Tools then Options
2.go to the VIEW tab
3. Under Print and Web Layout heading, tick only these 3: Drawing, White Space between pages, vertical rules.. Untick object anchors and text boundaries.
4. Click ok
But it didnt work

This can happen if Asian language support is enabled using the Microsoft Office XP Language Settings tool.

Go to Start > Programs > Microsoft Office Tools menu, the crop marks are always there. Just disable Asian language support in the Language Settings above.
