Anchor Text Word
Anyone know a PDF Editor program that has an option to link word to specific text not by page?

I’m looking for PDF Editor program that can link one line or words to a specific text in the page of the same document.
I found almost programs having link option but it only links to specific page, I want a link to specific text. like in Dreamwaver option called Anchor feature.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I have so many existing PDF files already that need to be edited, and some text need to be Anchor in other text. I can’t use new editor to make new file..i want to edit only the hundreds of PDF files I have.

You can do this in the excellent (and free) Open Office.

You create your anchors in the Writer program (like Word) and when you are done; export the whole document as a PDF.

A short video explains the steps:

Download the latest Open Office here:

Ok, I may have the solution. I have just downloaded and trialled PDF-to-Word converter:

It is a bit long-winded, but seems to work.
1. PDF to word.
2. Edit Word in OpenOffice.
3. Export as a PDF.

The alternative seems to be any of the Pay-for PDF writers (Acrobat, Foxit, NitroPDF, etc.).
