how to create a childrens website for free?

i think it would be great to design a childrens website for little muslims. i noticed there isnt alot of islamic sites for kids and i would love to know how i could make one with videos and learning links. anyone experienced in websites?

I think you need the help of a professional IT specialist for that. or atleast someone that has a good know-how of web-designing. I think its a little complicated for a layman. Maybe you could publish children’s stuff that you have in Google blog or Myspace page? How does that sound ?
