designing anime characters?

hi, I want to design my own anime characters for a shonen manga I’m drawing and I have most of my characters but I’m making a couple more of both genders. Also, I’m trying not to do too much of the typical bangs and long hair and want to be as original as possible, like they do in Bleach. It’s mostly hair style I need help figuring out so if anyone can give me tips or a website that’d be great

here is what you do…
1)write down the different things that you like in hair, categorized by where the hair part would be (i.e. front of head, back of head, top of head).

2)play M.A.S.H. with yourself, if you don’t know what M.A.S.H. is it’s you separate the categories, you pick a small number (2-5), and then you count and cross out whatever you land on, when you have one thing left per category you don’t cross anything else out.

3) Draw the descriptions of the hair you have, and Wala! You have your new hair style.

4) Repeat the process for each character.
