What magazine or online website would help understand all about fashion & it’s current trends?

I just landed a job @ a shoe store but I would like to learn more about the fashion industry. What magazine should I subscribe to that explains everything from dresses to shoes? I need help, I’m a guy but I have artistic side where I like to sketch designs for women but I lack technical knowledge of the fashion industry. So far, I only watch Stylista, America’s next Top Model, Project Runaway, E! Fashion news, etc.
