How do you transfer a website from your local host to web host when you are done working.?

I just got done working on www.devotionhub.con; I tested it on my local server and it’s working properly but when I uploaded it to my web host, the search feature stoped working.

Everything has to maintain the same relationship online as it did locally. I image you have the paths incorrect because they were paths specific to your local server only.
