Which NZ web hosting company should I chose?

Hi there, wanting to build a website of my own, I can design and write basic html/css but nothing too fancy, basicly I need a good web hosting company with reliable service as well as value for money, I would like to be able to build a few websites based on this plan, maybe 2-3 for now but might expand in the future, I saw some web hosting company such as http://www.justhost.com/ which offers $4/month plan with unlimited everything? I know next to nothing about web hosting companies so any suggestions will be great.
