I have an web hosting in my country and other in USA. Which one faster?

I have 2 hosting : http://www.misskhuebridals.com (Hosting in US) and http://misskhue.com (hosting in Vietnam).
I don’t know which one faster if an user (outside of Vietnam) visit my website.
Please check them if you are outside of Vietnam.

The US one is a lot faster, the one hosted in Vietnam didn’t even load in for me. I’m in the UK.
