Good web hosting+domain+templates?

Hi everyone…
I’m looking for a “really good” hosting company, w/possibly free domain (?) or at least low-priced, and then maybe some nice templates to work with?
I hope this is not asking too much… I’m starting w/a low budget, but my idea has been analyzed to hit big so I need to get started!
I will be doing all of the work on my own (don’t know if that matters), and I truly appreciate sincere recommendations!

PS: I know I can Google-search for the top 10 hosting companies, or check out reviews… I’m looking “here” for people who have actually used a good company. Thx again.
