Can you help me design and develop my Kingdom Hearts website?

I need a designer to help me create a website for a Kingdom Hearts sub-community, called Kingdom Hearts Media (KHM). This job would be unpaid but much appreciated. The job would consist of designing KHM’s website layouts and developing the website code.. The site is very new and doesn’t have to much to it. But with your help, I think the website can become as popular as kh3.co.uk or khinsider.com.. KHM also has a neopets guild and a forum.
Job Requirements:
1. Time to spend on the Website. (Guild and/or Forum too)
2. A talent in designing layout, graphics and whatever else comes to mind.
3. You must be an expert in HTML and CSS. (Bonus: PHP)
4. A love for the Kingdom Hearts series.
Job Benefits:
1. An admin position on the website.
