HMTL help PLEASE?

Ok so I found a site oswd.org that i can get a free web template that i need for my website i need the HMTL code for it but when i puch download it download files but when i get the code and insert into my website it is not the design what am i doing wrong can someone please do remote assistance or help me with this Please:

On OWSD most designs are CSS/XHTML. So you cant just put the HTML code into existing page, you’ll have to upload all files (including images in apropriate folders) so then everithing will work
